Operate recruitment and talent workflows

Use HR and Admin talent workspaces to manage the recruitment and learning workflows enabled for your tenant and assigned team.

Intended audience

  • Admin
  • HR

Where to find it

Dashboard → Recruitment or Learning.

Before you start

  • Recruitment, pipeline, interview, learning, skill, and talent features depend on enabled modules, tenant configuration, and assigned responsibility.

Steps

  1. 1

    Open the correct talent workflow

Choose recruitment, pipeline, learning, or another assigned talent workspace based on the business process you are operating.

  2. 2

    Check assignment and privacy

Confirm that the candidate, employee, requisition, or learning activity belongs to your authorized tenant scope before viewing or updating it.

  3. 3

Use the configured stage or assignment

Make a structured workflow update, assign the next owner, and keep supporting material in the approved product record.

Expected result

Recruitment and talent work progresses through the tenant’s configured flow while candidate and employee information remains appropriately scoped.

These destinations are verified against the current product navigation or route record. They remain subject to sign-in, feature, tenant, role, and data-scope checks.

Common problems

A requisition, candidate, or learning module is not visible.

Confirm module enablement, assignment, and ownership with the HR owner before creating a duplicate record or requesting wide access.
