Before you start
- Corporate identity, contracting posture, consent, public claims, commercial governance, customer lifecycle, metrics, and GTM controls are available only to the assigned platform authority and their current workflow state.
Steps
- 1
Open the authority that owns the decision
Use the designated corporate, commercial, legal, customer, metric, or GTM workspace rather than treating a related workspace as a substitute approval path.

Apply maker/checker controls
Draft, review, approve, publish, withdraw, or replace only through the state transition and evidence requirements provided by the product.

Check the effective projection
Review the approved and effective public or platform projection for the exact claim, document, tenant, provider, country, currency, plan, and release scope.
Expected result
Legal, commercial, and public-truth work reflects the narrowest current approval, scope, and evidence record rather than an inferred or private state.
Status and evidence
- Draft, review, expired, withdrawn, or missing evidence does not authorize publication or production activation.
- Approval applies only to its recorded tenant, country, provider, currency, plan, document, claim, and release scope.

Common problems
A public page is empty or an action cannot be published.
Treat an unavailable or empty state as intentional until the recorded approval, scope, and evidence are complete, current, and effective. Do not infer a private draft, price, or certification from it.
